Windows 8 Mail doesn't currently support POP email addresses. Your email client must support the POP protocol to receive email.
Solution
When using Windows 8, you'll need to use a different email client. The ones listed below are free and can be setup on your computer with your Misk.com address.

You can also use our webmail client to access your email address. Our webmail wouldn't require any desktop email clients and can be used from any computer.
